Manage events, rehearsals, performances, and sync with Google Calendar.
The Calendar page uses the powerful FullCalendar library to give you a clean, interactive view of all your program’s events. It supports month, week, and day views.
Quickly create new events with title, date/time, location, program, ensemble, and description.
Paste a public iCal URL from Google Calendar. Recurring events will expand fully into FireSafe.
Generate a shareable link so others can subscribe to your program’s calendar via iCal.
Click any event on the calendar to view or edit its full details.
Click the big “Add Event” button or click directly on a date/time in the calendar. Fill out the form and save. You can assign events to specific programs and ensembles.
Use the “Subscribe to Google Calendar” button to import events from any public Google Calendar by pasting its iCal URL. This is great for pulling in school-wide calendars or personal schedules.
Pro Tip:
After subscribing to Google Calendar, recurring events (like weekly rehearsals) will automatically appear on all future dates in FireSafe.
Click the “Share” button to generate a link that others can use to subscribe to your program’s calendar in their own calendar app (Google, Outlook, Apple Calendar, etc.).
